Question about simple rule

I have a rule that turns on my porch light at sunset. Then I would like to turn it off at 1 AM. The only option I see is to "Wait" for X minutes. But sunset could be at 5 PM or 9 PM. Is there a way to turn on the porch light at sunset then off at 1 AM? I'm just not seeing it!

I've never used Visual Rules.
It would be cake in Simple Automation.

I've never used Visual Rules before, but I played with it for a moment. I don't see a solution for a single rule, but of course 2 rules (ON at sunset, OFF at 1am) would work.

I do everything in rule machine but here you go with "basic Rule".

Here is my simple automatiion.rule

Thanks, I didn't realize there were so many rules apps! It's good to have choices.

Are you actually typeing in the text "When Time of Day is sunset..." and the subsequent lines?

No its a pulldown

Open Basic Rule, it will make sense. That's a screen capture of the completed rule. I was surprised at that appearance as well.

Its not basic rule its the simple automation rule app

If the system wont let you install the built in simple automation rule app. Download this save and import it and it will be installed.

My eyes must be deceiving me. You might notice that my reply preceded yours. I wasn't ignoring or misunderstanding your Simple Automation Rule suggestion. Hubitat provides endless ways to skin a cat. Most of my automations are in Rule Machine, quite a few in Simple Automation Rules and Room Lighting, none in Basic Rules.

He's talking about his post #4 and your post #5

I find that Basic Rules has the most intuitive If/Then/Else logic of the rule apps I've tried thus far, at least for a GUI interface. I've tried several others including Rule Machine and Simple Automation Rules.
