Qubino Relay 1D driver on is off, off is on...?

So I have installed a Qubino Relay 1D using the Hubitat-provided driver. It seems to be working fine, albeit the interface is very confusing.

So the switch it is controlling is a Momentary switch which should be closed or opened only briefly to initiate the gate movement.

What took me a while to figure out is that on/off are reversed when the connected device type changes. For example, the following configs work:

  1. Set Connection Device Type: Normally Closed
  2. State shows "on"
  3. Click Off to initiate gate movement

So you would think that Auto On Interval should be set for N (say 3) seconds, right? Nope. If Auto On Interval is set, the gate is always operating, flipping back and forth. You have to set Auto Off Interval to N seconds, even if you click Off to open or close the gate.

Likewise:

  1. Set Connection Device Type: Normally Open
  2. State shows "off"
  3. Click On to initiate gate movement

So you would think that Auto Off Interval should be set for N seconds, right? Nope. You have to set Auto On Interval to N seconds, even though you click On to open or close the gate.

If you watch the status, when you click On the state changes to on... and then flips back to off at the time specified by the Auto On Interval

Now that I've finally figured this out it's working fine... but it's confusing as hell going through this.
