I have a pushover account, and it works great, I need to send alarms to a second iphone, can I just add another iphone to my account?
I need to send another person an alarm, would be easier not from them to add pushover on their iphone

You just need to log into your existing account on the second phone then define the second phone in the setup. Then you can send messages to both or just one
I have two pushover accounts, each pushover account only has one iphone on each, one is for me, the other is for my business partner, it’s the 3rd iphone (the maintenance guy for our property)I need to add his iphone to my pushover accounts, I do not see a way to just add another iphone.

No, that’s not how Pushover works.
If you simply install Pushover on the 3rd iPhone, and sign into Pushover on that phone using your existing account, the new phone will appear in your Pushover account.
On the Hubitat hub, add another new Pushover Virtual Device, enter your existing Pushover credentials, and then select the name of the new phone. This new Hubitat device will then send notifications to just that one phone.
One your original Hubitat Pushover device, make sure only your phone is selected in the User Preferences section. Otherwise, notifications will be sent to all devices connected to your Pushover account.
