Purchased Information

I purchased a unit a week or so ago from the Hubitat website and never received a confirmation email. Is this normal? A couple of days later I sent an email to Hubitat via their web portal to ask about my purchase and to see if the purchase actually went thru. Crickets. I've heard nothing. I've checked my credit card and the payment was processed, but still I've heard nothing.

Any ideas? Just wait to see if it shows up?

Yes, I check the spam folder quite often and nothing in there.

You didn't even get a purchase confirmation? You should have one from the time you submitted the order, and another later on with shipping info. They both should have an order number on them, and a link to click to "view your order". The first one should have been literally instant when you pushed the confirm order button.

No, nothing. Which I thought was strange. And again, with the contact I made after the fact to check on the receipt of the order.

Are you using Outlook on a desktop, or checking on the server itself (gmail etc)? It sure sounds like it is getting caught in some spam filter.

Gmail thru a browser.

Just went thru the Trash back past the date of purchase and there is nothing in there either.

I am not sure what else to check. Hopefully support can message you via this board and get things figured out.

i just bought my backup from smartesthouse got it in a few days already has latest f/w on it.

You must have a spam bucket problem. Your order did go through, and emails were sent to the same email address you registered here. See PM for tracking information.

Thanks for the reply and info. If the spam bucket is the problem it would be a first. There is never very much in it and what is in it is spam. Seems well filtered with gmail.

Can the emails be sent again to see if that was the problem?

Sent a test email. And resent the original emails.

Did you get all three?

I have the "test" email that came first, then there are 2 others which appear to have come from you via Hubitat. That has been the extent of them. Nothing the spam box.
