Pump scheduler

I wrote this to control a amazon pool pump that has no timer.
Basically has a total run time a cool down time and a max cycles per day.

Will work with sump pumps or air pumps anything that needs a cooldown time to stop overheating. Its over 100degs today and these pumps can get hot

Install by HPM or manually. Likely will be updates still working on this.
