My wife and I are on a vacation, and I took one of our Apple TV's to use while there. I received a message (I have a rule that does this) saying my wife was now home. Well, we are about 3000 miles from home, so I doubt her phone decided to go home for a bit. I was having an issue with the Apple TV where it kept saying that the default speakers were not available, as the sound is normally routed to a pair of iPod mini's. I was getting interrupted while watching something and had to cancel out of the message that the speakers weren't available. I decided to reset the Apple TV to get rid of the constant nagging. A while after resetting, another message that my wife was now present at home again. I took a look in the Home app and discovered that this Apple TV had decided to become our homes Home Hub! Got it straightened out (I think) and all is OK now. I sure wish you could disallow certain Apple TV's or iPod's from partaking in the Home Hub ecosystem.
