Provide a way to add a row to the stock dashboard.
As in "move every row from #17" down one.
Extra points for "#17 col 1-14"
Also columns, while I am hoping.

Ah, the elusive dashboard improvement of being able to just add a row, somewhere in the middle of existing rows.. Often requested, but so far, nada from Hubitat on this. But yes, sorely, sorely needed.
