Problems with zigbee after update firmware 2.3.8.133 and 2.3.8.134 on my C7 Hub

I'm facing a lot of problems with my zigbee after recent firmware updates,

I am on 2.3.8.134 now but previous one (I think it was 2.3.8.133) was the same problem.

I own a C7 and it been working great during several months, very fast responding every device but lately after these updated the zigbee network is not working properly.

Devices are responding extremely slow.
Dashboards are not responding for some devices or not updating devices states properly. And other similar issues all seems related to zigbee network problems, for instance: A color bulb yesterday was responding and now it is not (and it is not showed on the zigbee network ChildAndRoute table).

I only have zigbee devices, no zwave.

I read in previous firmware the zigbee will be updating its ping function or similar (sorry I'm not specialist).

I made a database rebuilt, restart the hub several times, turned off and back on the zigbee network and nothing seems to work.... is obviously a problem with the new firmware updates.

Any idea to solve this...?

This is my getChildAndRouteInfo:

Have you tried below?

  1. Shutdown hub
  2. Pull power
  3. Wait 30s
  4. Restore power

If not, give that a try.

You may want to post your zigbee map - that might tell us a story....

To add a bit more flavor, the community-developed Zigbee map app does a much nicer job with the mapping than Hubitat's built-in options -- it's worth checking out.

Was JUST going to post this .. you beat me to it

As weird as it sounds .. I use it to "fix" zigbee network when i reboot ect.
sometimes after reboot .. a lot of the devices stop working.
I use the map tool .. and it goes and find everything .. and they start working again ..
No idea why this works but seems to

Thanks to all of you for responding on this.
I did what danabw suggested and that seems to improve the zigbee network.

Now if I go hub/devices menu and pick lets say a switch it respond fast using the buttons on the config screen but the only dashboard I use is having some huge lags to update states and sometimes to act when I press a Tile for instance of a switch.(only some tiles not all of them)

Any idea?

Note: The zigbee map is just a graphical representation of the ChildRouteTable.. but if you want it is ok to post it here, just confirm you actually needed.

I hope I made myself clear.. sometimes in english is hard to explain some things for me

First thing I would try is deleting and recreating the tiles you're having problems with.

On the dashboard in question, do you only have the devices that you want to see on that dashboard selected when you configured it.
If you selected all the devices to be available for that dashboard, the dashboard will slow down as it is looking at all of the devices, not just the ones you are displaying.

Yes I know... but that is not the case.
I had this dashboard for months working ok and flawlessly..... something has change somewhere.....
I can't see an app taking the whole processing power either....

Open to ideas (I will try to assign tiles again..uff  )
