I have upgraded previously to 22.214.171.124. I see that newer versions are available, but when I click on the notification up in the right corner, it goes straight to downloading, but does not download.
Previously it would ask me if I wanted to backup my system.
Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
Give it a reboot. Looks like it's stuck thinking the download initiated before is still in progress. If that doesn't do it, please PM me your hub id, and I'll take a look at the engineering logs on the hub.
Thanks. Don't know why I did not think of re-booting it. I guess it is because I have never had any problems with it, unlike almost ever-other electronic device that I own.
