I’m a recent Hubitat user. I bought the supported Qubino Flush Shutter device which works fine most of the times, but it casually stops responding the commands through Hubitat UI. It can still be controlled in the physical switch.
When this happens and I go to the ZWave settings, I see the device has the following status:
What does it means? And how can I avoid this?
I have the same problem with Qubino Flush Shutter.
In my case I used my first device for one month without problems. Then it just stopped.
I did every possible troubleshooting ( Reset, Configure, Exclude, etc ) . However, could not make it work at all.
When I sent it back to Qubino, they claim it worked in their test perfectly. In anycase they sent me a new one. This worked for exactly 7 days and then stopped completely likely the previous one.
So far I have been unsuccessful to get it going.
My Fibaro Flush Shutters ( I have 4 of them ) have been working perfectly fine from day one until now for about 5 months without even one failure.
Will be getting in touch with Qubino again next week and revert if I learn of some solutions.
