Problem with Motion Lighting Apps after HE Update

Hi all.
I'm running here the HE version 2.1.4.129 and I am facing some issues with Motion Lighting App after change my GE Dimmer to the updated driver (before I was using Generic Zigbee Dimmer and now GE Zigbee Dimmer driver).
I have the following arrangement:

As you can see during the Night Mode when the bathroom motion is triggered it must turn on my GE Dimmer at a level of 40 and wait 5min to turn it off. The problem I have now is that the Dimmer is getting ON but never get dimmed to 40.

Please check the Log with the process from the motion moment:

As you'll see the rule set dimmer to 40 and turned on but then at the end it set the dimmer to 83%. Why is that?
