Problem with Inovelli Red On/Off switch pairing

Tonight I tried to pair another Inovelli Red On/Off switch to my C-7 but having a problem (I already have successfully paired 4 other switches). I was successful at discovering it, entering the 5 digit number when prompted but after that never received a prompt to enter the name of the device.

Now when I go into Settings, Z-Wave Details the device is shown in the screenshot below. I can't get the C-7 to identify the device and when I go to exclude it, it fails. Anyone have any suggestions?

From what you describe and the screen shot provided I’m guessing that you timed out while negotiating the security. I’d try putting the switch back into pairing mode and pressing the Discover button in the screen shot you provided.
