Problem with GE dimmer fade-off

I apologize in advance if this is in the wrong forum.

I have three GE 14294 dimmers that I'm using with the 'Botched1' double-tap driver. I have a Button Controller that turns ON all three dimmers when one of the switches is double-tapped up. Then, within the same button controller, the same switch is set to, when double-tapped down to turn all the lights OFF.

When turning the lights on - all lights turn on immediately and in-sync. Works perfectly!

Weird issue when double-tapped down to turn the lights off - two of the dimmers turn off immediately but the third switch fades off.

I've tried air-gapping the dimmer to power cycle it. Also tried re-selecting the driver - I even checked its Z-Wave parameters against the other dimmers and everything is the same.

Even the lights on this dimmer are the same model as the others.

Any ideas? I would be happy to post logs or anything needed.

What do you have set for the fade times in the dimmer themselves? There's a z-wave parameter that sets that. Are the 3 dimmers all the same model?

So for the fade time parameter - that is all stock, unchanged from factory if we're talking about Z-Wave parameters. For the driver settings - those are all the same as well. All three dimmers are the same GE 14294 model.

What happens when you command off on each individual device's "Edit Device" page? Do you see the difference in timing then also?

I updated my post title to reflect my finding. Double-tap driver is A-OK. It's just this dimmer - when manually controlling the dimmer from the Device's 'Edit' page. Two of the working dimmers turn on and off immediately and the problem dimmer still fades off.

I tried checking their firmware versions and two of the dimmers were 5.29 and one was 5.26 - and as far as I could find GE/Jasco does not have any firmware updates available for download.

I may just need to wait and replace the dimmer and put the problem one somewhere else?

Okay... What method are you using to get from double tap to lights off? Button Controller?

Sorry for the delay. Yes, I'm using a button controller but it appears it could be related to firmware?

EDIT: It is related to firmware. I contacted Jasco and essentially what they told me is that firmware that the switch was released with was released according to the z-wave standard(certification?) at the time. GE/jasco does not do firmware updates so i'm out of luck with this particular switch so it will be moved to exterior light duty.
