Problem with Editing Rule Actions

I veriied this in both 2.1.4.129 and previous version. Below is my rule and actions

When I go and try to edit the actions the only drop drown box displayed is select action item to insert. You can see the text for other action embedded in the rule section.

I had the same situation.
Hubitat support told me to "select action type to insert", choose one, cancel it and the normal menu will appear. Probably some kind of bug

You have selected “insert before” and now it is waiting for you to insert an action. It stays that way until you insert an action. Just follow the UI and insert any action, you can delete it afterwards. That will bring you back to the main view where you can edit and delete actions

Update: Yes your fix was correct, I just selected a action and then cancelled and got the normal drop down back. Thanks..

Thanks I will try this out when I get home tonight.

Not sure if it's a bug or not, but either way it seems as though it should have a Cancel button.
