Hi. I have a Vision ZM1601EU-5 wireless siren. Can't include it in hubitat. Does anyone have a tip on how to do it? I have a Hubitat Rev C-4 and 2.1.1.114 installed. Thanks in advance.
Welcome to Hubitat! have you excluded the device from whereever it was was paired before? Or tried doing a general exclusion? Go into the pair z-wave devices page and click on start Z-wave exclusion. Then you should hit the inclusion button on the siren. This should "exclude" it and get it ready for re-pairing. Now go back in and try pairing it again.
I think I have tested all possibilities without results. Could this be because the frequency used in the ZM1601EU-5 is 868.40 - 868.42 MHz and this is not supported in Hubitat?
What do you mean? Did you perform a z-wave exclusion? The frequency is just the EU variant of the US siren. But the commands should still be the same and it should still pair as long as you have an EU z-wave stick (which I assume you do since your name is Lars, not to stereotype or anything, just playing the odds.

Yes I have done a z-wave exclusion and pressed the program button to reset the device. The diode flashes but then nothing happens. I have also done a repair z-wave and a Reset Z-Wave Radio without success. Rebooted the Hubitat and tried to add the device again but it is not added anyway. This is the first z-wave device I am trying to connect. My other zigbee units work without problems. And yes I am from sweden
Okay...is your z-wave set to secure for all devices or only for locks?
I have tested both Locks / Garage doors and All secure z-wave. The same result both times.
Did you try factory resetting the device?
Yes it gets no contact with Hubitat. I will get a second z-wave unit and test if it works better. Thank you for your help so far.
Did you make it work Lars? I have the same problem as you had. At first, it was discovered but never paired. And now I cant exclude or include it. It still includes and excludes on my old Vera tough so it's not broken.
I had problem to pair it with my C-4 hub so I bought a C-5 and it paired without problems. I recently switched to a C-7 hub and was able to pair it without any problems.
Same for my first siren but not this one... 
So you didnt do enything special with it?
No I first made an exclusion and then an inclusion. Just followed the instructions in the manual.
