Anyway to get a print out of all the devices and rules on a hub? I understand backup is available but I’d really like to wipe my hub and start over from scratch… but I’d like to add back some of my rules that I use most frequently.
Devices I can copy and paste into Excel.
Rules the only option I've found is a screenshot. There are browser extensions that will copy the whole page even the parts not showing on your screen (due the need to scroll down)
For apps, including rules, you can also just export them from the App Status page, then import/restore them from the same page or Settings > Restore Apps. The export downloads a file you use for the import, which you can do on either the same hub or a different hub--you'll just want to make sure the firmware versions are the same or newer or at least similar enough that the apps didn't change. Beats printing them out and manually re-doing them, IMHO, unless you wanted to re-do them to re-think your logic or the automation anyway. 
Having a list of devices won't help with that, but I suppose a screenshot or other method might still be a good idea if you need anything in particular. Your browser can also likely print any page, and both Mac and modern Windows versions can "print" to PDF instead of an actual printer, which may be easier than a screenshot.

The app export / import option is a very good one. You can give it a try prior to wiping your hub. You will see that it asks to confirm the device usage, so when you import it on the “new” hub after your devices are setup, you will be able to link all the devices correctly.

Yeah thanks for the export / import feature. I’m aware of that but I do t want to import everything back into the hub after I wipe it. Just want to be able to review what I had setup and manually rewrite back into new rules. Again, just looking for something that I can visually see all my rules and how they’re written. I think screenshots of everything is likely my best bet. Thanks!

In reviewing apps with clients, I always try and do a printout.
Things that may help getting everything on one page:
- change the scaling in Chrome to much greater than 100%
- change the scaling on the printer properties page
- re-doing 1 and 2 until you have the entire logic on one page

It would appear that this capability of "readable printouts of rules", is a desirable upgrade to the Hubitat system. Notwithstanding the fact that I know absolutely nothing about how easy or difficult this update to the system would be, it seems like a very useful and handy feature to have.

There was a page capture extension I added to chrome. It would capture the complete page regardless of whether or not it was all visible on the screen. It looked like pacman as it captured the page.
You then save as a jpg,png or pdf. I don't think the pdf was editable.
