I’m an Android user with a Nuvo p3500 amp (whole home audio). I have a single Chromecast Audio hooked up. So today I build a zone in the Nuvo app and use the Chromecast as the source. It works fine
My goal is to have a single app experience. Interestingly I had a family member over today and the Nuvo supports airplay. Each zone shows as a separate airplay option
Id like to take these Airplay devices and make them appear as Chromecast on my network so I can group them as needed. Obviously I could buy a Chromecast for each. But that’s a pain and expensive.
I have Home Assistant too and have not seen anyone doing this over there either
Anyone doing this?
