Presence does not update on our phones

The presence does not update when we leave our home. One of us has a Samsung S10 Android phone, the other person has an Iphone. When we leave our home, the Geofence presence location does not change or follow us as we move around. I followed all the steps in "How to Set Up Mobile Presence Sensing" (How to Set Up Mobile Presence Sensing | Hubitat Documentation). The rule I set up to use presence works fine if I manually move the location in Geofence in the mobile apps. But when we travel away from our house, the Geofence location does not move and the Geofence page continues to show "Inside of Geofence." If I manually move the location the Geofence page then shows "Out of Geofence" but then when we return home, the location does not move and the page continues to show "Out of Geofence".

What do I need to do to get the Geofence location move when we move with the phones?

Try disabling geofence on both phones then re-enabling. Was having a similar issue one one phone and I think that fixed it

By ā€œdisabling geofenceā€ do you mean going into settings of the Hubitat app in the phone; turn off ā€œEnable GeoFenceā€ and then turn it back on? I did that several times - no help.

Yes thatā€™s what I did. Hmm unless the geofence is not at the correct location, Iā€™m out of ideas
