Hm, I may stand corrected -- in this post, @bravenel says the capability was added in error and needed to be removed from the capability list (which still hasn't happened).
Regardless, this app is able to replace having a separate RM rule for each device, so I think it has a place regardless of the future of in-driver prestaging.
