Prakiti Smart Power Switch - How to control the generic component child switches from apps

I purchased the above pictured Prakiti Smart Zigbee Power Strip | Smart Extension Cord | Compatible with Google Assistant, Alexa, Hubitat and it paired easily with my C8-Pro Hub. While pairing, the hub selected "Generic Zigbee Multi-Endpoint Switch" for the parent and also created 5 separate generic component child switch devices. These component devices do not show up when I try to control each component switch with apps, like Room Lighting, or any other Hubitat app. The only device that is visible to apps is the Generic Zigbee Multi-Endpoint Switch parent device.

Is this correct that generic component devices cannot be controlled directly by an app? There isn't any way from the parent that I can see how to send a on/off command to the component devices. I can directly control the component device from the device editing screen, but not from an app.

@bobbyD

Would you check on this problem I have with using generic component child devices with Hubitat's Room Lighting App.

I'm seeing the children:

Thanks @mike.maxwell for checking so quickly. You and Hubitat support are amazing.

I removed the parent device and component child devices and re-paired the zigbee power switch device again, and now they all show, for some odd reason, I should have done that step before asking for support....
