We had a huge storm here last night and lost power for about 6 hours. The power came back on in the middle of the night, and now 1 Zigbee bulb is on, but won't respond to any commands. If I look at the device page, HE thinks it's off, but it's not.
Toggle power to the bulb if you haven't. I find my Sengled sometimes need to be turned off for about 10 seconds and back on to start responding after an extended outage like that. Worst case, re-pair the bulb (just reset it and pair, do not need to delete from Hubitat).
There is of course the possibility it got cooked by a spike when the power came back up, but then it probably wouldn't fail on, but be dead as a doornail.
For Z-Wave, you can use the swap apps devices feature. Basically, you create a virtual device of the same type, use swap apps to swap the problem device with the virtual. Reset and repair the real device. Then use swap again to swap the virtual with the re-paired device.
Z-Wave also has a replace function but it is hit and miss if it works to just re-pair a device (seems to depend on how the device behaves after a reset; not a hub issue). It does work well for replacing a completely failed device that has been replaced though. That's done from the Z-Wave details page.
