I have a C-8 Pro and its been running flawlessly for quite some time now.
I'm having a kitchen remodel done and a lot of electrical work. The electricians have shutoff the power frequently to locate breakers.
All sudden the hub was unresponsive and I powered it down and it came back up but named "My New Hub" No devices, no apps etc .
Fortunately I have cloud and local backups and restored a cloud backup and everything came back up. We realized just how much we rely on then Hub for apps and most importantly with integration with Amazon Echo.
Any ideas what happened ?
