We had a nasty storm last night, lost power for a few hours. Hub came back up and appeared to be working and logging looked good but lights are not lighting correctly, colors at the times of night they should be not working. Restored a backup from a few days ago, fixed most of the issues but the master bathroom lights still at night will not come on in RGB mode. But the thing that put me over the edge is now it says I have no subscription for cloud backups...
I'm so frustrated for some reason with the power outage, hub saying its doing the right thing and its not.. and now the no subscription pop up I'm just ready to implode..
I totally get the frustration. Have you tried rebooting the hub from Settings to see if that resolves the subscription?
Also, some times if you have a database issue, restoring a backup might not resolve the problem. Try a Soft Reset with restore, especially after a sudden loss of power:
Yeah, took a break had some breakfast and then came back and sorted out the the other issues.
I did a reset after the restore of my DB at 330am. I just now however did a complete shutdown and then power up and now the subscription and cloud backup are working fine and showing in the screen.
