Found a possible Bug.
I got a new phone. I just installed the Hubitat app and it registered my phone as a device but its duplication the device in the device list. I've deleted the devices and the app and done it several times but it keeps creating 2 devices for my phone. Each device has a different ID and when you configure any notifications, it lists both devices as selectable. Running the latest version 2.2.8.141

When you open the app on your new phone you should get an option to use an existing user. This will then take over the device that was used by your old phone.

It does show the old Device.
But I opted to create a new one because it is a new device. I guess I could choose the existing one and then rename the device in the Device List. Didn't think about trying that.

If you pick the existing one it will then take on all rules/notifications etc that you have with HE on your old phone, on to your new phone. No need to recreate everything.
That worked.
When I chose an existing device it used that device ID. I renamed it to the name of the new phone device. However... IIt DID create a another device for the new phone but it doe snot work. So I deleted it after the fact. So I still think there is something going on.
