Possible bug - 2.4.0.143

Hi

Just updated from 2.4.0.203 - 2.4.0.143 noticed two issues so far

  1. New home screen, summary for lights shows switches, and plugs as lights on ?
(including virtual switches) is this a bug or do you now need to set switches as non l lights
  2. Had to delete standard Hue integration as app failed to load. Re- added Hue integration and now all fine. A bit of a pain but donโ€™t have many Hue lights.

I believe this has been reported. The solution may require further tweaks to the new UI.

Unfortunately the Philip Hue bridge app no longer loads

Please wait, loading app Hue Bridge Integration .

And wait and wait :frowning: spent a few hours rebuilding now the same
Not ideal to push so many changes through at Christmas !

Thanks

It wasn't pushed. You clicked the button that said update.

In the future, consulting "Logs" for errors (live logs or past logs, live if you have the open at the time) or possibly checking hub stats as a second resort would be helpful for pinpointing possible sources of the problem.

For now, glad you found a workaround!

Exactly, Hubitat never forces anyone to update. They also allow you to roll black easily, if you do update and want to change your mind. :slightly_smiling_face:

Noticed this also on ver .144. Generic Zigbee outlets showing up in the "Lights" bubble at top. Although maybe most are using an outlet to turn on lights anyway! "Power" bubble is reporting the outlet wattage properly.

Also one more thing, I have a "disabled" virtual device showing up on top. Wouldn't that fall into the Hidden category?

When I click on it...... Disabled for sure

Disabled โ‰  Hidden. To hide a device, click on the :eye: looking thing.

Update - after later issues with app failing to load, I rebooted no joy.
but oddly disable app and then re-enable fixed loading issue, very odd.

No, but it shouldn't count disabled devices at all, regardless of selections. It doesn't make sense, to think of it.
