Poor feedback from Zemismart Tuya

Does any of you recognize this:
I have a Zemismart Tuya Shade motor AM43 with build in Zigbee and a few shade tube motors with a USB Zigbee dongle. The feedback i receive from these units is unreliable.
Is it something i miss in the settings in Hubitat?
Or is it just something i have to live with?

Often the unreliable operation is due to an unstable Zigbee network, rather than a problem with the device itself.. We should be able to diagnose the problem and solve it.

How many Zigbee devices do you have in your network? How many of them act as zigbee repeaters (must be mains-powered devices)?

A screenshot of the Zigbee ChildAndRouteInfo may be a good starting point (replace the IP with yours hub local IP address)

Hi,

Thanks for your coment I have two zigbee units active. And Two that are not connected due some painting work.
Its a AM43 and a Tuya tube motor via a USB Zigbee dongle. That's the one in the listing. The other one i dont see.

Another listing after i woke up the AM43

Rolgordijn should be the AM43.
It shows an LQI (link quality) of 79, which is rather low. For comparison, my routing devices have LQI values between 250 (the closest to the hub) and 138 (the most distant plug, with 2 solid walls in between).

Is it possible to move the HE hub (I suppose it is C-8) closer to the blind motor?
Or better, try to change the Zigbee channel. It is possible that you have interference from your WiFi routers, or from your neighbours WiFi networks. Go to Settings, Zigbee Details, Update Channel. Have you already tried this?

Thanks. I'm gonna try to set the Zigbee channel. The hub, a C8 indeed, is close to a wifi repeater. So maybe change that position too.
Rather new to Zigbee
Ps. Rolgordijn is the Tuya tube motor.
