Hi all.
I have some Samsung smart plugs using the generic zigbee outlet driver. Some aren't reporting power and I don't know why (others are). I have the "Enable automatic power reporting" set to a level that should show change (40w change and I have set to 15w). The device will just have the level set on what it was when I last looked at it. It won't do anything unless I go into the device page and click refresh. Then it shows the change in power and suddenly reports it (verified in logs and rules running).
Is there something else I need to look at.

Thanks for the reply. I did originally when pairing but I will try again just in case.
Could also try to factory reset the device (usually holding the button or some tap tap hold combo). Then put it into pairing mode along with the hub and pair it to the hub again. It will drop right back into the same device. If there is any sort of misconfiguration from an incorrect driver it had set before that should clear it out back to defaults.
