It takes 5 clicks and some scrolling to add a comment to a RM rule. Please consider adding another icon (e.g., pencil) to the set of icons at the right side of the command rows of a rule to enable adding a comment with one click. That would greatly ease (and encourage) commenting rules.

Thanks! I actually have been doing that for a while, but it takes 3 clicks the first time (to select, copy, and paste) and every time the clipboard is used for something else. Also, you still have to click on the pasted comment to get to an edit screen, then you have to delete the "dummy" text to write what you really want.
My idea is for one click on a pencil icon to the right of an action, which inserts a comment above that action and puts the cursor in the Comment text box.
