On my C-5 hub (currently running version 2.2.4.158) I have integrated Phillips Hue White and color ambiance bulbs using the built-in App Hue Bridge Integration. All the bulbs currently show hueBridgeBulb as the device driver. When I upgrade to 2.2.5.131, should I change the drivers to the Advanced ZigBee RGBW Bulb drivers ?

No, the Zigbee drivers are only for devices paired directly to Hubitat as a Zigbee device. Devices going through the Hue Bridge integration are basically LAN devices as far as Hubitat is concerned and require the specific drivers for that integration, which are the ones you're currently using.
