And yes, the version is quite a few versions back.
Thank you all!!! With work and persistence comes success. To recap what I did.
- Updated to new version (still got error 500 message)
- Ran the Diagnostic Tool Update via link (it ran w/new software version)
- Logged into diagnostic tool and did a soft restart.
- After about 2 minutes back up and running!
