Phone app location, C7 hub mobile device wont sync

I've updated to the latest phone app a month ago. Rebooted several times since.
Updated to the latest platforms as they are released on the hub.
My phones geo fence works perfectly, but won't update the hubs mobile phone device, even after the geo fence has been crossed.
How does the hubs mobile phone device get linked to the geo fence information?
I'm missing something here. Am i suppose to subscribe to some pay servoce?

You do not need to subscribe to some pay service for Geofence. However, many of us will use multiple geofence apps and combine them together.

I personally like Geofency, but there are many other options available.

The geofence feature on the Hubitat app is improving, but still not perfect.

MAke sure you are signed out of the old app then on the new app sign out and sign back in.

Yes Rick. I did that and removed the old app from my phone entirely.

Hmm, the only thing I can think of then is to make sure both your zipcode and your long/lat are correct on the hub itself. Then log out and log back in of your app again (make sure any other devices you're using also log out while you're doing all this, not just yours)

Thanks for the reply Rick. I confirmed zip codes, etc. This use to all work with life360, alas no more. No joy after logging out and back in. I left my geofence area and the c7 didn't pick up on it.


Any other ideas?
Its like my hubs mobile device isn't syncing w the cloud from my phone app.

Yeah I'm out of ideas.... Life 360 blocked everyone...
