I paired my Phillips hue bulb with habitat it shows up everywhere except when I try to build a basic rule, here's a screenshot of the device.
You need to update the driver under Type in Device Info. It is currently using the default "device" driver, not the Hue Driver.
Notice you have no current states, and no commands that would normally show for a bulb.

After deleting the device I can’t get it to
Pair again . As soon as I do I’ll try your suggestion
