Philips Hue scene at sunset

I am very new to this all so I apologize up front.....

How do I set a Philips Hue scene to start at sunset? I have my lights set to turn on at one hour before sunset but I do not see where to set colors and brightness levels.

Either recreate the scene in Hubitat and control it there OR use the Hue routines to activate the scene at sunset.
