I have 2 Philips HUE bulb that I can turn on and off on a tablet through sharptools.
Is it possible that I can assemble the 2 bulb for one device? So they only have one field on sharptools.
The built-in Hue Bridge Integration has native support for Hue Groups. This is the best way to control multiple Hue bulbs connected to a Hue bridge as it will avoid a popcorn effect.

Edit: otherwise if the bulbs are connected directly to your Hubitat hub, the built-in Groups and Scenes is a good approach too as it supports Zigbee Group Messaging (same thing around avoiding the popcorn effect).
