On a C8, release .171. Using Chrome, when the home page is displayed it's showing 4 lights on. When I click on the bubble, it tells me no devices installed. Clicking on "Devices" in the left menu does populate all my devices. A reboot with database rebuild has not corrected the issue. I have phantom lights, switches or outlets, apparently. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
When you click the "Lights On" link/button, it should open the devices page with a list of device ID's filtered in the URL like below
Maybe look at that list and check your full device list for those specific ID's (Or does yours not have ANY ID's in the URL?) You may have to click the gear icon and check the "show device id" column.
Thanks, but that is the problem. When I do, I get that 2nd screen shot of no devices installed. I've gone through my entire list several times. Nothing is on. I suspected it had something to do with my Govee integration as I have 4 plugs I use for Christmas. But when I turn those on, it just adds to the count. Turning them off brings it back to that 4 phantom devices. I thought a reboot with database rebuild would have corrected any issues if it was those plugs. I've done that and it still persists.
I get that the page is blank, but what does it say in the address at the top of the bar? The address itself should list the ID's of all the devices just like I copied and pasted from mine. Once you have the 4 id's, you should make sure they actually exist in your device table.
Also, do you have any ghost devices in your Zwave table? (Settings - Zwave)
Wow, sorry, I completely missed that. There are actually 8 ids listed. I only have 3 zwave devices, no ghosts. I'm already leaning towards my Govee plugs again. They are 2 outlet plugs and as I mentioned I have 4. I'll dig in when I get a chance. Thank you.
