Phantom device appeared on device list

I was updating some rules and devices on my C-8 Pro hub just now and noticed a device that didn't look familiar:

I've never owned a Zooz double plug.

The device details show:

Here is a snippet of my Z-Wave details page, showing there is no device 37:

Here is the events page from the device:

I did have some slow z-wave responses recently and found a ghost in the Z-wave details. I was able to successfully remove it using the Hubitat UI without having to resort to a z-stick. The hub has been shut down, unplugged for 30 seconds, and restarted since then.

Going back through the devices in sequence, this is device #1119 (with child devices 1120 and 1121). Device 1118 is an ancient Z-wave outlet I paired to the hub on 10/31 to control some Halloween lights. The device details for that are:

So it's a coincidence that the last device I created before this device appeared was also an outlet, and the last activity time on that outlet was about 7 minutes before this double outlet spawned on the hub.

I'm assuming I should just click "Remove Device" on the phantom and not worry about an explanation for where it came from, but I'm curious if anyone has seen something like this before or has any idea what might have caused it.

go to that devices page, change the driver to DEVICE and click save. At the top click ALL of the delete buttons. Go back and change the driver to the previous driver, click save, then click configure.

Why would they do that?

@Alan_F the device probably got created while you were trying to remove the ghost node. On 11/6 possibly is when you did that?

I would guess the DNI listed on that device page would match the ghost node you removed.

Looks like it is not tied to any nodes on zwave details correct? Then it is safe to remove it from the device page.

When I originally read that I thought it had developed child plugs...
