Paul Hibbert again

Hmm, there are a few better ones...

Paul Hibbert certainly has his own style of humour which may not appeal to everyone.

Nonetheless, he does have viewers - between 75K and 200K every episode.

Therefore, from a point of view of "staying on top of the market" - he's a force to be reckoned with.
Perhaps even, the most important force to be reckoned with. We should all realize that these "youtube influencers" have a tremendous impact on the market - where it's going, and how products are viewed.
Ignoring him (in my humble opinion), is like keeping your head in the sand, if you're a company in this space.

I think it’s important to recognize he isn’t being ignored. He has some valid points, but there’s also an oversimplification of the situations for each too.

Support on the scale that Phillips has in place is a massive cost. Aside from the high quality of their products in comparison to Tuya as an example, can anyone really say that there are operators standing by at companies like Xiaomi or Tuya to answer your questions, help with integration and stand behind the product?

Wink is a prime example of attempting to offer Philips level support without understanding how to pay for it from the start.
