Can someone tell me why the Capture/Restore rule below doesn't work with the parent device (Hampton Bay Fan Controller, embedded 2.1.0.123 driver)?
However... Changing the parent device to the individual children (Fan and light separately), the rule works flawlessly!
As far as the logs between the two, the only differences I am seeing is what devices were captured and restored (Parent vs Children)... No errors reported in either set of rules and both appear to run successfully.
Note: I can easily live with the rule, capturing the individual child devices, Just more of a curiosity as to why it didn't work.
