I am trying to add a Sengled bulb to my Hubitat. I put the bulb into pairing mode and it connects with the hub. It is listed on the device list, but it will not respond to any command. I have tried this with a second bulb with the same results. Any suggestions what I am doing wrong?
My first thought is to confirm that the correct driver was selected. If you let us know the model, then it will be a bit easier to troubleshoot.
The bulb is a Model E21-NiEA
Coincidently, I found this bizarre solution about an hour ago and posted about it working:
I tried step two with the same results. When I tried step 3 I had much the same results while it was pairing, but would not respond to any commands. While it was paring the bulb changed colors and the status even changed, but it still didn’t respond when I attempted to change the color
