I'm not exactly sure this is the right forum for this , please move it to the correct one if its not.
I've been looking into Owntracks again, and one question I have, is it similar to Life360 in that if My wife or I wants to know where the other is at we would be able to see it? that was not our intention when we started using life360, it was strictly for automations. Gradually we came to use it that way. For instance I work all three shifts in a week, and my last two overnight shifts are brutal, by Thursday morning , I'm in the transporter mode going home and have no clue how I got there. Having to pull over in a parking lot for a quick cat nap isn't a rare occurrence, its pretty much normal. I know she likes having the life360 just to make sure I'm safe, especially if I'm taking a little longer to get home than usual.
I believe i would be using it in http mode if that makes a difference, as I have no clue how to set up or run MQTT . Thanks!
