Wondering if it's possible (or this feature can be added):
Hubitat App on Android to override "Do Not Disturb" so notifications are displayed/announced.

Here is how it is done on my Moto G5+ running Android 8.1 -
From Apps & Notifications settings select the Hubitat App, select App notifications. Under the Categories I have Hubitat, Hubitat Mobile and Miscellaneous I then select each one and in the Advanced section set the slider to on for Override Do Not Disturb. I don't know what the different categories are for so I do it for all three.
Thanks for both of your quick replies. I have a OnePlus 3 phone running Android 9 (Oxygen OS 9.0.6). I've attached screen shots. I can't find a way to allow Hubitat to override Do Not Disturb. I guess not all Android OS are created equal?
BINGO! I thought the check boxes were the only option on that screen. Touching "Hubitat" and "Miscellaneous" bring up additional menus with an "Override Do Not Disturb". THANKS! Have a Happy Thanksgiving!
