@Matthew there seems to be an issue with the tiny url icons. Some seem to be missing or changed and are not displaying.
I believe the issue is with Github .... where the TinyURL points to. There has appearently been a change that prevents 'Hotlinks' to images stored there. I say this because I changed my Alternative Icon location to my personal webserver and, and allowed Hotlinks, and that work fine.
There is nothing I can do in the driver code to make this change. It is the server where the icons are stored that changed.
You will need to copy/put the icon images that are stored at the TinyURL location in a location that does not prevent hotlinks and change the driver's Alternative Icon location to point to that location and the Icons should be available once again.

What is everyone using for weather icons? I do not have a PWS.
Do you need cloud access to the weather icons? If not, see my post earlier in the thread about copying them to the hub's local storage.
I am not endorsing any of these ..... but a quick internet search found this.
This is an option, but Iām using the full URL to GitHub for WU icons without issues.
It was only the small icons that I replaced with Unicode characters as they were the ones pushing my tile over the 1024 character limit.
