I am using Open Weather as part of a Rule Machine app I use to turn on my heat pads on my front and rear decks when it snows/ice/sleet, etc.

My issue is it doesn't seem to be updating at all, any thoughts on why? I poll the forecast_text field to find the potential for snow/ice/freezing rain, etc. but the OW device I have added using the OW driver isn't updating, so now my heat pads think its going to snow (it did 5 days ago) and they keep turning on.

Is there a way to force Open Weather to update?

There should be a poll data attribute you can set on the device page, mine is set to 3 hours. You can also do a Polldata in RM using a custom attribute of the weather device.

Perhaps show your rule, someone might see an issue with it.
