I am newbie here. Have been with Wink for a couple of years with most of the automation done using stringify. In the process of migrating to HE, I couldn't figure out how to create actions which are triggered by a mode change. For example, I want my garage door to open only when the mode changes from away to disarm. I do not want the garage door to be open all the time I am home but only at the instant when the mode changes. Appreciate any help in this regard.

A rule will only evaluate when a condition changes. I.e, if your rule were to open garage door on a mode, it will execute the action one time until some other condition changes. Make sense?
I first learned this with presence detection, I didnāt want my rule to keep running because I was home. It doesnāt, just runs one time when I arrive.
