Only a blue light on new hub

Just got the hub. I only get a Blue Light. I have tried the troubleshooting options. reset network, reset hub, hard reset with the little button. Still only a Blue Light.

I can see the hub on my WIFI but can't do anything with it. No connection.

Can you access http://<Insert Hub IP Address>:8081

Sorry for the troubles. You may need a replacement. If you didn't do so already, be sure to create a warranty case by visiting the following page: Warranty – Hubitat Support

Try the diagnostic tool. Hubitat Diagnostic Tool | Hubitat Documentation
It runs on port 8081 even when you only have a blue light instead of green.

Normally you would do a soft reset, but since the hub is brand new you could also go into Advanced and do a full reset.
