One-Click Platform Update on multiple hubs - Launch browser tab for each other hub getting updated?

Really like the ability to update multiple hubs, but would like to see a small (I think) "improvement."

When I choose the option to update multiple hubs, I can see the update is happening for the hub I start the updates from, but I have to launch a browser tab for the other hub(s) I am updating to see their progress as well. Call me a 'fraidy cat, but I like to watch the update progress since me watching it ensures it completes successfully.

More importantly, helps w/me keeping the family informed ("Please stop yelling 'NOTHING WORKS, WHAT THE HECK is broken now?!" I'm updating the hubs and they will be finished soon."

So can we have either a checkbox option to launch tabs for other hubs getting updated, or we could just always do it because what I want is best for everyone.

Thanks for considering...

Not trying to derail your feature request but something to consider… If you have an always running device you can install Uptime Kuma and it will notify when your hub is down during an update and back up after update completes. I have mine using Pushover for updates and it monitors many other systems in my home such as MariaDB, Home Assistant, NodeRed, MQTT, etc.

Same. It is both useful and convenient!

Yup - running Uptime Kuma myself. Didn't consider using it for this. But since most of us aren't running Kuma, and having a tab pop open so I can see actual progress is for me preferred, my request stands!

I'm reluctant to use one-click. I always perform and save an offline back-up before update. Not sure one-click can do that to my preferred file folder location for each hub.

I also check and usually update backups before updating, do that separately and then do the "one click" process. So yeah, this feature isn't a completely hands-off process on the other hubs for myself either.

Its never worked for me, just sticks going in circles and never completes

So you have a teenager hub, then?

Yes unless it takes half an hour or more, yet it usually takes about 5 min at the most to do all 3 separately at the same time
