I have an RL instance to flip a bunch of RGB light strips to red at 8 PM. One device in the table is offline. This resulted in the RL instance stopping part way through setting the color.
Manual activation works fine.
Your topic title and what you report are not the same at all.
I see the problem, and will put in a fix to protect against that error.
