Odd ON/OFF Alexa Toggle Behavior

I have a ZEN04 integrated with Alexa. Turning ON/OFF the plug via Hubitat app works fine. Turning ON/OFF the plug via Alexa VOICE commands works fine. Using the ON/OFF toggle in the Alexa app only partially works.

If the plug is OFF and the Alexa toggle status shows OFF, using the toggle will result in the plug turning ON. However, the Alexa toggle still shows OFF, even though the plug is ON. Toggling the OFF toggle does nothing. It just remains in the OFF state.

Any idea of why Alex is not able to determine the plug status?

I looked at the event history. I can see that even though the plug is ON, and Alex toggle thinks its OFF, when I try to toggle, it appears a "command-on" is being triggered.

So, Alex toggle is trying to send the right command. It just doesn't know the current state.

Sucessfully turning the plug ON via voice commands does not update the Alexa toggle to ON
