I just created a new RM4 rule using buttons. The first rule for button 1 contains between 2 times. Done with button 1, now on to button 2. Button 2 comes prefilled with the between times conditions from button 1. The same conditions appear in buttons 3 and 4 as well.
I will add here, I deleted the conditions from button 2 and the conditions were also gone for button 3 and 4.
It keeps a single list of conditions you have created, so that they can be reused as needed.
Probably gone from button 1 also.
The list of conditions in the section under Actions called Create or Manage Conditions is for convenience. It does not affect the rule, other than the fact that you can edit a condition there. If you edit a condition there, it also modifies it where it is used in the actions.

The conditions did go away from button 1. I will need to finish creating all the buttons to see what happens, but supposing I don't need those conditions in the rest of my buttons? I deleted them thinking that I wouldn't need them in button 2 and I suffered the consequences.

So when I deleted the conditions for button 2 and they were removed for button 1, how can I re-add them? It doesn't seem like I am able to edit the rule to where I can add it. If I delete the button, click done on the rule, then re-open the rule and the add button 1 again, the old stuff reappears.
I think I have figured out the editing.
