NullPointerException editing Button Controller

I was just trying to edit a few Button Controller buttons for an Inovelli Red switch, and received this error:

java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke method tokenize() on null object on line 563 (selectActions)

I can edit the button controllers of other Inovelli switches, just not this particular one.

HE firmware v2.2.0.132 (latest). I'm using the Inovelli-provided Gen 2 device code from HPM if it matters, which is why I'm not going straight to Hubitat Support.....

Since nobody had a fix for this, I deleted the whole button controller and recreated it from scratch. It only took about 40 minutes the second time around to get all of the combinations clicked back in for the new button controller, and seems to be working.....
